Review your activity log

The activity log is a running record of what’s happened in your account — portfolios, trades, imports, and dividends. It’s the quickest way to confirm something went through or to track down a failed import. By the end of this, you’ll know how to read it and filter it.

Go to the account menuActivity. The page lists your account events, 50 per page, with filters.

You’ll see portfolio created / updated / deleted, transaction created / updated / deleted, CSV import completed, email import completed or failed, dividend confirmed / unconfirmed, and preference updated.

Column What it shows
Time When it happened
Action The event type
Detail Ticker, filename, row counts, and so on
Portfolio The related portfolio, or —
Source Web, Email, CSV import, or System

Actions taken by an admin show an admin badge on the source.

Filter by Action, Portfolio, or Status, and click Reset to clear. To find a failed email import quickly, set Status → Failure.
